研究院以习近平外交思想为指导，依托哈工大学术影响力及国际合作资源，主动对接国家“一带一路”倡议，聚焦服务国家重大发展战略和地方发展重要需求，通过科研合作、人才引进、联合培养等方式，突显国际化特色，与国外知名高校院所开展全方位、多层次、宽领域的国际交流与合作：以合作研发和优势资源互补为主，通过联合研究、学术交流、国际技术转移等重点任务，打造科研创新合作平台；建立完善开放、灵活有力的国际人才引用机制，实施引进、激励、融入等高效举措，优化服务环境，积极赢得国际人才竞争新优势；学习国外先进的办学理念、引进优质国际师资、融合国际优质课程，构建高质量的全球人才培养体系。 

       Guided by Xi Jinping’s thought on diplomacy, Zhengzhou Research Institute of HIT actively responds the national Belt and Road initiative with relying on the academic influence and international resources of HIT. Focusing on serving major national development strategies and important local development needs, ZRI of HIT will highlight its international characteristics through  scientific research cooperation, talents introduction, joint training programs and other ways. An all-round, multi-leveled and wide-ranging international cooperative mode will be carried out, which means building an innovation platform with foreign well-known universities and institutions, establishing an open, flexible and powerful mechanism for international talents recruitment, constructing a high-quality training system with learning advanced educational concepts and integrating high-quality international courses .
